Antenatal, Hypnobirthing & Postpartum Courses

All of my courses will give you a full antenatal, Hypnobirthing & Postnatal education. You won’t need any other courses to prepare for birth, I will teach you everything you need to know about your body, your birth and your choices. I’ll also teach you Hypnobirthing techniques that can help you release your fears and stay in control of your body and your birth. Then to get you off to the best start in parenthood I’ll teach you all about your postnatal recovery and how to make the first few weeks with your baby as smooth as you can.
