Mindful Mums

Lewisham Mindful Mums helps pregnant women and new mums in the London Borough of Lewisham look after themselves during what can be a challenging period of their lives.

The free groups support women in staying emotionally well and developing confidence and social connections during pregnancy and in the first year of birth.

The groups are led by trained volunteers with their own personal experience of looking after themselves during pregnancy and the first year of birth.

“I cannot express how thankful I am to all the support I had during this time. I had no idea that birthing support was so widely available if you just know where to look.”
