My unique birth debrief is different because this session is all about YOU and how you FEEL about your birth experience.
It’s not about medical jargon.
It’s not about finding blame.
It’s not about uncovering what medical phenomenon happened.
It’s not about what you ‘should’ve’ done.
It’s SO much bigger than that…
It’s uncovering any unresolved emotions and bringing them to the surface so that you can start to heal.
It’s feeling heard and validated and giving yourself the space and time to make peace with your birth so that you can be more present with your family.
It’s learning to re-write the stories in your head so that you KNOW that you did an amazing job and you’re a brilliant mum.
I know this is the thing that actually starts your healing journey because I’ve lived it myself.
I felt like such a failure after my first birth!
But after some hard work and self love I can now look back with kindness for myself and in awe of how strong I am.
I’ve found the thing most people are missing is having someone that can listen to them, like really listen. Without trying to fix everything or give their opinion.
Sounds simple but this is where the magic happens.
When you are able to vocalise all your thoughts and emotions in a safe space with no judgement this gives you time to process and release them.
